John Nolan appeared several times in his nephew acclaimed director Christopher Nolan's works in minor roles - as a Cop in Following, as Frederick, a Wayne Enterprises Board Member in Batman Begins & reprises his role in The Dark Knight Rises. The Dark Knight Rises also has his daughter Miranda Nolan as a gossiping maid working at the Wayne Mansion.
